Kumkum Bhagya New Cast After Leap: Abrar Qazi, Rachi Sharma & Others Join Krishna Kaul-Mugdha Chaphekar's Show

Kumkum Bhagya new cast: It's not a cakewalk to run a show for nine years. Shows like Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and Kumkum Bhagya have been running for several years now. While TMKOC has completed fifteen years, YRKKH is a strong 14-year-old.

KUMKUM BHAGYA LEAP BRINGS NEW LEADS AND CAST

Zee TV's much-loved show Kumkum Bhagya has also entered its 10th as it will celebrate a decade of its run on the small screen in April 2023. The makers have decided to introduce a leap to spice up the drama. The show started with Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia as leads, generating a massive response from the audience and dethroning Diya Aur Baati Hum from the numero uno spot. Even after nine years, KKB is still running successfully.

Sriti and Shabir's sizzling chemistry captured the attention of the viewers. The creative team introduced the second-generation cast in 2019. Mugdha Chaphekar, Krishna Kaul and Naina Singh joined the show as the new leads following the first leap.

And now, the makers are ready with the third-generation cast of Kumkum Bhagya. Abrar Qazi, Rachi Sharma will take over the charge from Krishna Kaul and Mugha Chaphekar and play the new leads in the hit serial.

Last month, the official Instagram handle of Zee TV shared a promo to announce the leap in the show. The caption for the post read, Pyaar ke liye Patni kha rahi hai qasmein, phir kyun Pati nibha raha hai adhoori rasmein?

Jaanne ke liye dekhiye #KumkumBhagya - Ek Nayi Shuruwaat, 7 November se, Somvaar se Shukrvaar, raat 9 baje, sirf #ZeeTV par aur kahin bhi, kabhi bhi @zee5shows par."

KUMKUM BHAGYA FULL CAST AFTER LEAP

1- Rachi Sharma aka Poorvi

Rachi Sharma will play the female lead Poorvi Kohli in Kumkum Bhagya. She is Ranbir and Prachi's younger daughter and Panchi's younger sister. The actress is taking the legacy of KKB from Mugdha, who is her on-screen mother.

2- Abrar Qazi aka Rajvansh

Make way for the handsome hunk of Indian television as the new male lead of Kumkum Bhagya. There's no prize for guessing that we are talking about Abrar Qazi. The actor, who was last seen in Yeh Hai Chahatein opposite Sargun Kaur Luthra, will play Rajvansh Malhotra. He is Poorvi's love interest in the serial.

Kumkum Bhagya airs from Monday to Friday at 9pm on Zee TV. The show is produced by Ekta Kapoor.
