As Kundali Bhagya is heading for a leap, the makers of Shraddha Arya’s show have reportedly roped in MTV Roadies and Ace of Space fame Baseer Ali for a pivotal role.
Ekta Kapoor's long-running ZEE TV show Kundali Bhagya, featuring Shraddha Arya and Shakti Arora in the lead roles of Preeta and Karan respectively, has been performing well on the TRP front ever since its premiere in 2017.
The spin-off to Shabir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha's much-loved Kumkum Bhagya has been entertaining fans for the last six years and is still one of the top-rated shows on the channel.
To make Kundali Bhagya more interesting and entertaining for loyal viewers, the makers are reportedly planning to introduce a generation leap in the show.
While the makers are said to have signed known names to play the protagonists after the leap, the latest buzz suggests that the popular Roadies and Ace of Space contestant Baseer Ali has bagged a role in Kundali Bhagya. Yes, you read that right!

According to a Tellybuzz report, the makers of Kundali Bhagya have roped in Baseer Ali to play the character of a rich spoilt brat in the show. However, an official announcement is still awaited.
Baseer Ali’s TV Debut & List Of Reality Shows In Which He Participated
For the unversed, Baseer Ali made his TV debut as a contestant in MTV Roadies 15 in 2017 and was the first runner-up. In the same year, he won MTV Splitsvilla 10 with his connection Naina Singh who later made her acting debut with Kumkum Bhagya. In 2019, Baseer participated in MTV Ace of Space 2 and became the second runner-up. Last year, he was seen in Roadies: Journey in South Africa (Season 19).
New Lead Couple Of Kundali Bhagya
According to the ongoing buzz, the makers have roped in Sana Sayyad and Paras Kalnawat to play the protagonists after the leap. However, it is not yet confirmed. For the unversed, Sana is best known for playing the lead role in Divya Drishti while Paras played Samar in Rupali Ganguly's Anupamaa.
Shraddha Arya & Shakti Arora To Quit Kundali Bhagya After Leap?
Ever since the news of the generation leap in Kundali Bhagya came out, fans are worried that Shraddha Arya and Shakti Arora are planning to quit the show. Well, there's a buzz that Shraddha might continue essaying Preeta after the time leap. Shakti, on the other hand, might exit as he's not comfortable playing a father on-screen.
