Lock Upp 2 Update: The highly anticipated second season of the controversial reality show Lock Upp, produced by Ekta Kapoor, is scheduled to premiere soon. The upcoming season, Lock Upp 2, will feature Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut as the host once again.
Currently, the producers are trying to attract an intriguing set of participants to enhance the show's popularity and appeal to its viewers. While there's still no clarity if Karan Kundrra will be returning as the jailer or not in the second season, the makers are now reportedly trying to rope in another well-known name for Lock Upp 2 as a contestant.
Well, we're talking about Hina Khan and Shilpa Shinde's Bigg Boss 11 co-contestant Arshi Khan. Yes, you read that right!
ARSHI KHAN TO PARTICIPATE IN LOCK UPP 2?
According to a Tellychakkar report, the makers of Lock Upp 2 have approached 'Awaam ki jaan' Arshi Khan for the controversial reality show. As of now, the talks are going on and nothing is yet confirmed.
However, if Arshi Khan gives her nod then the second season of Lock Upp is surely going to be an entertaining one. We're saying so because Arshi is known for giving a lot of content in such reality show and is a full-on entertainment package.
ARHI KHAN'S JOURNEY IN REALITY SHOWS
For the unversed, Arshi made her reality show debut with Colors TV's Bigg Boss 11. In the superhit season, she participated as a commoner contestant and competed with celebs like Hina, Shilpa, Vikas Gupta, and Hiten Tejwani among others. She was among the most entertaining contestants of the season.
Later, she also participated in Bigg Boss 14 as a challenger. During her second stint, she continuously made headlines thanks to her entertaining personality and nasty fights with co-contestants Vikas Gupta, Devoleena BHattacharjee, and Rubina Dilaik.
OTHER CELEBS APPROACHED FOR LOCK UPP 2
As per the ongoing reports, Divya Agarwal, Umar Riaz, Eimway Bantai, Naina Singh, and Akash Dadlani are among the others celebrities who are said to be in talks. However, an official announcement is still awaited.
