Abhishek Malhan controversy: Bigg Boss OTT 2 is over but the controversies are not. Be it Abhishek Malhan, Jiya Shankar or Elvish Yadav, the celebrities have remained in the headlines for different reasons. While Elvish-Abhishek have been engaged in the 'Negative PR' controversy, Jiya set several tongues wagging when she shared a post to take a stand for TV actors.

WHAT IS ELVISH YADAV 'NEGATIVE PR' CONTROVERSY?

Elvish alleged that someone was running a 'negative PR' campaign to tarnish his image. Without taking names, he slammed the person for trying to hamper his goodwill by allowing memes and posts to flourish against him.

"Ye PR team jiski bhi hai, negative memes, tweets se bhar rakhi hai. Ye ekdum se kaha agaye? Phele toh nahi the. Jinko pata nahi hai, ye hai negative PR. Paise deke kisi ki image kharab karna. Memes se, news channel ke through. Hamara koi khaas bhai tha, hum to samajhte hai bhai," Elvish said in his video. Fans wondered if the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was taking a dig at Abhishek Malhan in his YouTube vlog.

Manisha Rani has now reacted to the controversies related to Elvish Yadav and Jiya Shankar. She said that she is not aware about the latest incidents, mentioning that one should avoid paying heed to such negativity. Reacting to the 'Negative PR' accusation, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 second runner-up said that the celebrities get love from the audience and if a certain section criticises them, they should take it sportingly.

"Maine thoda bahut dekha tha. Mujhe iska knowledge nhi hai. Mujhe iska logic samajh nahi aata ye 25 lakh, negative PR. Mera manna hai ki audience mujhe, Abhishek, Elvish ko bahut pyaar de rahi hai aur humhe tyaar rehna chahiye ki kuch to log bolege hi. Itna saare log mujhe pyaar kar rahe toh main negativity pe kyu dhyan du? Jab log bhagwan se khush nahi hai, toh hum log kya hai," Manisha told Bollywood Spy as she reacted to the 'negative PR' controversy.

WHAT JIYA SHANKAR SAID IN TV ACTORS POST

"These "TV ACTORS" some people make it sound like it's an insult ! We're ACTORS. Period. We shall work in every single platform if gotten the opportunity and because we gotta pay our own bills doing what we LOVE to do ! These actors audition every single day for different shows, ads, web, prints, films and face rejections like its a part of the process. Wishing hoping praying "ONE DAY" I'll be on that silver screen/ I'll be the lead face of a TV show , I'll have my billboards all over the country. Laakho aate hai Mumbai hero/heroine banne , ROZ (sic)," Jiya Shankar wrote in her post as she slammed the people who label TV stars and put them into a category.

"And talking about these "TV ACTORS" They work for more than 12hrs every single day !! Lead actors do not get days off ! When the show ends/ goes off air , these "TV actors" go back to square one ! "AUDITIONS" There are no shortcuts to success. RESPECT TO EVERY PROFESSION. Period. This msg is firstly in general for everyone who put actors in a category! And secondly, as long as people in general who fight for their dreams to become/achieve something on their own will have immense respect in my heart. Be it Actors, Content creators or Youtubers. In the end all of us are hustlers. Actors become youtubers/influencers , youtubers become actors. Many youtubers have "also" become actors/ have tried acting. if given a chance why wouldn't/shouldn't they? (sic)," she added.

MANISHA RANI REACTS TO JIYA SHANKAR'S POST

The actress-dancer said that both YouTubers and TV actors are artists and they are there to work. She stressed on the importance of being talented irrespective of the field they are in.

"Mujhe koi idea nahi tha. Mera manna hai TV actor ho ya YouTuber ho, dono hi artist hai. Saari baat talent ki hai, because platform alag ho lekin kaam toh hai na. Mera manna hai log kuch bhi bole but talent hona chahiye," she quipped when asked about Jiya Shankar's post.
