Rakhi Sawant-Adil Khan Durrani: The controversy queen Rakhi Sawant, who had earlier said that she won't divorce her estranged husband Adil Khan Durrani ever, has now announced separation from him. Rakhi who is known for her controversial statements has always been vocal about her personal life. She shared each and every detail about her troubled marriage with Adil Khan Durrani.

RAKHI SAWANT SAYS SHE IS FREE NOW

Recently, Rakhi talked about the secret to her happiness with the media She said, "Meri khushi ka raaz? Mera divorce hone waala hai. Hum abhi azaad ho chuke hain."
Apart from this, Rakhi had shared a video on her Instagram where she talked about seeking freedom from her marriage. In the video, she can be heard, "Hum Azaad ho jaana chahtein hain, ab use jiske saath shaadi karni hai Kar lene do."

Meanwhile, she had earlier said, "I don't want him to destroy any other woman's life. I won't get married ever in life or think of babies. My students are my kids. Mother Teresa never got married, she took care of the kids in need. I am nowhere closer to her, but I can just try."

RAKHI-ADIL'S WEDDING

Rakhi announced her wedding with Adil Khan Durrani earlier this year. Rakhi had even accepted Islam after her marriage. But just a few weeks after the announcement, she filed an FIR against her husband for allegedly cheating on her and for domestic violence. She even alleged that Adil has mishandled her funds when she was locked inside Bigg Boss Marathi. Adil is currently serving his jail terms.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Rakhi Sawant was last seen in the music video 'Jhootha', directed by Mudassar Khan. The song was based on her marital troubles with Adil Khan Durrani. Now, it is being reported that she is the first confirmed contestant of Lock Upp 2, hosted by Kangana Ranaut.
