Filmibeat had earlier informed our readers about Naagin 6 getting an extension. The top-rated GEC has decided to extend the show before launching new properties. A source told us that Naagin season 6 is like a golden goose for the makers and they are not killing it anytime soon.

"The channel has taken a decision on Naagin 6's fate as Bekaboo has also failed to grab decent eyeballs during weekends. Contrary to the rumours, the supernatural drama is not going off air anytime soon," the source said when asked about Naagin 6's extension.

Tejasswi Prakash has continued her stint with the popular drama while Shrey Mittal has made an exit. The Bigg Boss 15 winner has been part of Naagin 6 since its inception, showcasing her acting prowess in the past one year.

Considering the buzz surrounding the show, the makers decided to revamp the storyline and bring a new storyline. Prathana and Raghu are a thing of the past as the focus is now on Pragati and Raghav. Vatsal Sheth has entered supernatural drama with a bang and his sizzling chemistry with Tejasswi Prakash has already impressed the audience.

The Tarzan fame actor, while interacting with a portal, opened up about working with Tejasswi Prakash in Naagin 6. He also spoke about the upcoming track. Vatsal, who is expecting his first child with Ishita Dutta, expressed his excitement on featuring in Ekta Kapoor's show.

"I'm looking forward to teaming up with the talented Tejasswi Prakash," he told India Forums.
