Naagin 6 update: Tejasswi Prakash's supernatural show has been hogging all the limelight these days. At a time when many shows have faced the axe, Naagin 6 has been performing quite well in terms of TRPs. Despite multiple leaps and time slot changes, the weekend drama has managed to capture the attention of the viewers.
Tejasswi Prakash, who has donned several hats for the show, has impressed everyone with her acting prowess. After winning Bigg Boss 15, the TV diva went on rule millions of hearts with her power-packed performance.
While Naagin 6 was originally supposed to end in February 2023, it received an extension due to popular demand. As its replacement show is yet to go on floors, Colors channel and Ekta Kapoor decided to extend the sixth installment of Naagin franchise for two months.
Amid the buzz over the show's leap, the makers have roped in another actress for a new track.
New Entry In Naagin 6
According to a report in a portal, the production house has finalised Shivani Jha to play a crucial role in Naagin 6. The actress, who was last seen in Aishwarya Khare and Rohit Suchanti's Bhagya Lakshmi, will now enter Naagin 6, as per the report in IWMBuzz.
Shivani is dating Ishqbaaaz fame Leenesh Mattoo, who is currently seen in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, which is also produced by Ekta Kapoor.

The official Twitter handle of Colors channel released a new promo along with the caption, "Ab iss dharam sankat mein phasi Naagin, chunegi kaunsi raah?"
Tejasswi Prakash's character can be seen flaunting her 'baby bump' in the viral promo, stating that she is ready to go to Naag-lok. However, there's a big twist as the nation faces a big trouble and only Naagin can fight the enemies. Despite being pregnant, Prarthana Patel will have to tackle the problems to safeguard the integrity of India. How will she deal with issues? Only time will tell.

"Considering the buzz surrounding Naagin 6, the makers have extended the season. Beqaboo, which is expected to replace Naagin 6, is currently under pre-production and the channel has decided to extend its most popular weekend show. Tejasswi Prakash's drama will now end after the culmination of Indian Premiere League (IPL) 2023 as the channel is not launching any new shows any time soon," a source told Filmibeat.
Naagin 6 also stars Shrey Mittal, Adaa Khan, Sudha Chandran and Maheck Chahal in pivotal roles.
