While the show is still in the pre-production stage, the makers want to present the best version of the supernatural drama. If you loved Tejasswi Prakash in Naagin 6, you are going to enjoy the new season as well as Colors channel has started work on the same.

Remember in June we informed everyone about Ayesha Singh bagging her next show after Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin."Ayesha Singh has been approached for Naagin 7. She is in contention to play the lead role in the show. However, she has not given an audition yet. Things are at a nascent stage," a source told us.

The news died when Ayesha denied being approached for the show. However, the casting team has started the thinking process once again and her name has been brought on the round table. And this time, it's for good. "It will depend on the audition and the look test," the source said.

When will Naagin 7 launch? "There's still time for the premiere. Colors' new properties Shiv Shakti- Tap Tyaag Aur Tandav and Neerja are doing well on the weekends and the GEC is in no mood to change the programming. Even though the show is ending in October, the casting team is fond of Fahmaan's work ethic and performance. His name has been considered for the male lead in Naagin 7. He has not received the offer yet but he is likely to give a look test for the lead. The channel is also aware of his popularity and would offer him another fiction show if things go as planned."
