Featuring Nakuul Mehta, Surbhi Chandna, Kunal Jaisingh, Shrenu Parikh, Leenesh Mattoo, and Mansi Srivastava in the main roles, the romantic drama turned out to be a big success for the makers and the channel.
After a run of around three years, Ishqbaaz ended in 2019 leaving the loyal viewers sad and disappointed. It's been around four years since the popular show ended and it still has a loyal fan following. Viewers of Ishqbaaz must remember actress Nehalaxmi Iyer who essayed the pivotal role of Saumya.

Initially, she was introduced as Rudra's (Leenesh Matoo) friend and love interest. However, later, her character turned negative as she turned out to be Svetlana's youngest sister. Last seen in ZEE5's Qubool Hao 2.0, the actress is currently away from the small screen and fans eagerly await her TV comeback.
While Nehalaxmi is yet to announce her next project, the talented actress is all set to get married to her longtime boyfriend Rudraysh Joshii, an MBA graduate. In a recent interview, she confirmed tying the know with Rudraysh next year, on February 22. Yes, you read that right!

For those who are unaware, the much-in-love first met each other a few years ago during a Zumba class and soon became friends. Soon, their friendship turned into love and they're still going strong. Talking about the same, Nehalaxmi told ETimes, "And there's been no looking back since (smiles). After our families met recently and gave us their blessings, we made our relationship Insta official. The roka ceremony took place in August. We have a surprise proposal in the works. Although I am not supposed to know about it, I have an idea as we needed our parents' approval. We will have a small engagement ceremony on our big day."
Interestingly, her Ishqbaaz co-star Shrenu Parikh is also set to marry actor-beau Akshay Mhatre in December this year.
