Gauahar and Zaid Darbar embraced parenthood on May 10, and while she is thoroughly enjoying the experience of being a new mom, she has also managed to shed a considerable amount of weight within a few days.

Throughout her pregnancy, Gauahar Khan remained active and engaged in various forms of exercise, including yoga. She prioritized her health and fitness during this period.

The couple announced the arrival of their baby boy through an Instagram post on May 11, expressing their joy and gratitude. They wrote, "It's a boy. Assalam Wulaikum beautiful world, says our bundle of joy. Arrived on the 10th of May, 2023, to make us realize what happiness truly means. Our blessed boy thanks everyone for their love and prayers. Grateful and giggling new parents, Zaid and Gauahar."

Last December, Gauahar and Zaid, who tied the knot in 2020, had announced their pregnancy, marking the beginning of this beautiful journey towards parenthood.

On the career front, Gauahar made her acting debut with Yash Raj Films's Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year (2009) alongside Ranbir Kapoor and went on to feature in several hits like Ishaqzaade and Badrinath Ki Dulhania among others.
