In a surprising turn of events, the makers have decided to end the show and return with its third season. Yes, you read that right! In a recent interview, Niti Taylor confirmed that BALH 2 is going off-air in just three months after the leap and revealed why the show failed to make a mark.

Niti was taken aback for a moment when she received the news that Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 is ending and a new season is in the works. The following day, she found it difficult to function properly due to the shock.

While the actress does acknowledge that the show failed to resonate with viewers after the leap, she believes it's unfair to blame the actors alone. According to her, the entire team and perhaps the script itself might have been responsible for the show's failure.

Talking to ETimes, she said, "Everyone in the team knows that I have worked very hard and given my best. No one can point fingers at me. People liked my chemistry with Randeep Rai too. I feel that Bade Acche.. has always been about a slightly older age group of actors and a mature love story and that's why maybe the masses didn't connect with us."

Now, the actress is all set to take a small break and will then look for new projects.

As mentioned above, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3 is currently under works and the OG BALH 2 female lead Disha Parmar will be returning in the third season. In a recent interview, the actress confirmed the development and stated that she's excited to be back.
