Police Files 524 Page Chargesheet Against Sheezan Khan In Tunisha Sharma Death Case Ahead Of Bail Hearing

Tunisha Sharma caused a massive uproar on social media and among her fans. Her death took a dramatic path with several shocking revelations. As per the latest development, Sheezan Khan, the prime accused in Tunisha Sharma's suicide case, has been charged with 524 pages' worth of evidence by the Waliv Police. The Bombay High Court will preside over the case's next hearing tomorrow as Sheezan's request for bail was denied by the Vasai Court.

The chargesheet was filed by Mumbai police on Thursday in the Vasai Sessions Court in Maharashtra. Sheezan Khan, Tunisha Sharma's co-star, was arrested last month for alleged aiding and abetting the suicide of the 21-year-old actress, who died on December 24 on the sets of her tv show. The incident happened near Waliv in Palghar district, near Mumbai. Tunisha Sharma's family has earlier approached the Home Ministry Secretary requesting to forward the actress's case in a fast-track court.

Mumbai police have informed the court that their investigation into Tunisha's suicide case reveals that Sheezan Khan has a hand in it. Further, the charge sheet also mentions that Sheezan and Tunisha were in a relationship, and the accused broke up with her a few days before her death. It also claims that the last 10 minutes of the CCTV footage show Tunisha meeting Sheezan Khan and looking depressed before committing suicide. She then locked herself inside her makeup room and hanged herself on the sets of her tv serial Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul.

Meanwhile, Tunisha's mother has claimed that Sheezan used her on the pretext of marriage and also used to hit her. She further alleged that Shezaan's family tried to distance Tunisha from her own family and tried to convert her to Islam. Tunisha's lawyer argued during the hearing that Sheezan Khan used to lie to her about many things, and after their breakup, she took that extreme step. Tarun Sharma, Tunisha's counsel, told the court, "All the photos found are found on Tunisha's Instagram. Nothing has been found on Sheezan's Instagram handle. It means Sheezan didn't love her. He was just using her."
