Ankit Reveals His Parents’ Reaction To His Love Affair Rumours With Priyanka; Says ‘They Are In A Space Ki…’

Ankit Gupta and Priyanka Choudhary have been among the most loved couples of the Indian television. After winning hearts with their performance in Udaariyaan, the duo left everyone in awe of their adorable bond during their stint on Bigg Boss 16. And while fans eagerly want the duo to take their relationship to the next level, Ankit Gupta has finally revealed his parents' reaction to the link up rumours. In an interview with ABP Sanjha, the Junooniyatt actor stated, "Humare parents bahut hi seedhe saadhe se log hain. Iske aur mere parents exactly same hain. Seedhe se hain aur puri duniya ko simple se samajhte hain. In cheezon me wo padte hi nahi ki log kya bol rahe hain, kiske saath naam joda ja raha hai. Right now they are in a space ki wo itne zyada khush hain ki unke bache kuch kamal kar rahe hain".

Talking about the work front, there have been reports about Ankit and Priyanka making their Bollywood debut with Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki. However, the duo clarified that they haven't been approached for the movie as of now. Meanwhile, Ankit is currently playing the lead in the much talked romantic musical drama Junooniyatt which also stars Gautam Vig and Neha Rana in the lead.

The media reports also suggested that Priyanka has been reached out to participate in Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. To this, Priyanka stated, "Fans aisa chahte hain to definitely aapko disappoint nahi karungi. Lekin abhi tak kisi bhi cheez ka koi confirmation nahi hai but I am just hoping jaldi aaye jo bhi cheez aayegi definitely bahut maza aayega. Koi bhi kaam agar main pakadti hu to aap mere saath isi tarah bane rahiye, mujhe aise hi pyaar karte rahiye. Main bahut acha kaam karne ki puri koshish karungi aur aap logon ko bilkul disappoint nahi karungi".
