Did Apurva Agnihotri Reveal The Real Reason Behind Priyanka Choudhary Not Winning Bigg Boss 16?

It's been over two months since Bigg Boss 16 came to an end and it had left the nation brimming with an opinion. It was a tough fight between MC Stan, Shiv Thakare and Priyanka Choudhary and the rapper emerged as the winner of the popular reality show.

While Priyanka's massive fan following has been highly disappointed with the results, looks like former Bigg Boss contestant Apurva Agnihotri has revealed the reason behind Priyanka not winning the show. This happened during Apurva's cent interview with Siddarth Kanan wherein the actor was quizzed if he felt MC Stan was deserving enough to win Bigg Boss 16.

Talking about it, Apurva said, "Jo maine apne friends se suna tha that he is very good. Unko mere khyal se dono bahut pasand the. MC Stan bhi bahut pasand tha humare friends ko aur Priyanka bhi bahut pasand thi". Meanwhile, there were speculations that Priyanka is likely to win the show as she was the face of Colours. In fact, Shilpa Agnihotri also admitted that the face of Colors usually end up becoming the show.

However, Apurva is of the opinion that the makers had changed the winner at the last moment. "Itna predictable ho gaya tha ki in logon ne last me apna winner mere khayal se change kar diya hoga," he had told during the interview. Apurva further explained, "Ho sakta hai ye. People start reading into your shows ki ab ye kya bolega kya.... I am not saying kon deserving tha... dono deserving the and that's why finalists jo hote hain wo utna hi deserve krte hain".

For the uninitiated, Priyanka Choudhary emerged as the second runner up of the show while Shiv Thakare was seen as the first runner up of Bigg Boss 16. And while MC Stan had lifted the trophy, Priyanka had undoubtedly won a million of hearts with her impressive stint on the popular reality show.
