In what came as a shocking piece of news, Bigg Boss 11 couple Puneesh Sharma and Bandagi Kalra have announced their separation. The couple had found love in each other during their respective stint on the popular reality show and were often seen painting the town red with their mushy romance.

The news was shared by Bandgi Kalra in a post on social media wherein she called the split a mutual decision and requested privacy. The news has left the fans heartbroken and they have been wondering what exactly went wrong between Puneesh and Bandgi.

And now, Puneesh has finally spilled the beans and revealed that long distance took a toll on their relationship. He stated that it was quite difficult for him to juggle between Mumbai and Delhi and as a result they decided to part ways amicably. He made the revelation while talking to Times of India.

Puneesh said, "Bandgi and I were together for five years. There is no specific reason for ending the relationship. Bandgi is serious about her career in Mumbai and I am mostly in Delhi because of my business. My parents are also in Delhi. They are growing old and hence I decided to stay with them in Delhi. I have been shuttling between Mumbai and Delhi as I have set up a production house. It is impossible for me to be stationed in Mumbai. We realised that the long distance relationship will not work in the long run and that's why we decided to go our separate ways".

Furthermore, he called himself unlucky in love and said that parting ways was a mutual decision. "Achhe insaan aksar mujhse door chale jaate hain. Bandagi is a wonderful person and it breaks my heart to let her go," Puneesh added and emphasised that there is no animosity between them and that he wishes the best for her,

Meanwhile, Bandgi and Puneesh have deleted each other's pictures from their respective Instagram accounts.
