I Don’t Want To Die…: Rakhi Sawant Reacts To Charges Being Dropped Against Mika Singh Drop In 'Kissing' Case

Mika Singh Kiss Controversy: Earlier this week, the Bombay High Court quashed the FIR and chargesheet filed against Mika Singh by Rakhi Sawant. Mika was booked for kissing Rakhi on stage without permission during a bash in 2006.

RAKHI SAWANT ON QUASHING OF FIR AGAINST MIKA SINGH

The FIR was quashed as both of them resolved the matter amicably outside the court. The ex-Bigg Boss star revealed that they are on good terms now and share a great bond. During a conversation with ETimes TV, Rakhi said, "Mika had become my well-wisher. Abhi woh mera dost hai. He calls up and talks very nicely to me. Kitne din ladte rahenge? I don't want to die with the burden of clashes with people. Abhi life mein aage jana hai mujhe."

For the unversed, Mika was charged with molestation and assault under Sections 354 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). He had moved to the High Court in April this year to quash the FIR and the chargesheet that was filed by the police. The HC acknowledged his plea after receiving a 'no objection' affidavit from the complainant Rakhi Sawant. The affidavit mentioned that both Rakhi and Mika had amicably resolved their differences.
