Actor Ruslaan Mumtaz Stranded In Devastating Manali Floods, Shares Video Message Saying: No Way To Reach Home

Ruslaan Mumtaz: Himachal Pradesh is witnessing one of the most horrifying calamities as the state has been hit by harsh downpours. The meteorological department in Himachal Pradesh has issued a "red" alert for seven districts, indicating the possibility of severe rainfall.

Manali is one of the worst affected areas, which has left several tourists stranded, including actor Ruslaan Mumtaz, who was shooting a project there. Ruslaan took to social media to update his fans about the situation, and also shared videos of the dangerous flood and the submerged road that connects Manali to Chandigarh.

Several videos and images from the spine-chilling flood have gone viral on the internet. Ruslaan, who has been stuck in the hill station, shared a series of videos and pictures on social media talking about his ordeal.

In his first post, the Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke actor wrote, "The road behind me is no more." In his next photo, he shared how the road has been drowned, saying, "This road doesn't exist anymore."

Sharing the situation of the flooded place, Ruslaan showed a garage-like space where he and his other co-companions had taken shelter. He also shared how the road that connects Manali to Chandigarh got demolished, mentioning that the flood keeps extending and destroying the structures.

In the video, he can be heard saying, "Never imagined I would get actually stuck in Manali with no network, no way to get back home as the roads are blocked and I am unable to shoot as well. Tough times in a very very beautiful place. I don't even know if I should be happy, sad, thankful, grateful, or just enjoy my apple."

Talking about the current situation in Manali, the floods are alarming and send shockwaves across the nation. Numerous hotels, homes, cars, and wide roadways have been swept away in the monstrous flood. Meanwhile, rescue operations are underway.
