Rutuja performed a stunt for her upcoming film and reveals that it was pretty challenging. She says, "I had a few apprehensions before performing this stunt but I decided to take the challenge positively. Performing scenes through a harness is pretty challenging and complicated as well, because the fear you have in your mind shouldn't turn up on your face. It takes a lot of strength, both physical and mental, to perform a stunt like this. Nevertheless, we got a great shot and I believe that the entire experience was quite thrilling and amazing as well."

Professionally, Rutuja is currently seen playing the character of Natasha in the Star Plus show Chashni. She was last seen in the colors TV show 'Pishachini.'
