Used To Lock Room...: Saathiya 2's Swatti Bakshi Says She Wanted To Become Actress Since Childhood - EXCLUSIVE

Actress Swatti Bakshi is a well-known name in the entertainment world. She has been a part of various projects but rose to fame with her magnificent acting prowess in the Star Plus show, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2. Recently, in a chat with us, the actress revealed that becoming an actor was her childhood dream which came true with sheer dedication and talent.
The actress says,"Since childhood, I wanted to become an actress. I remember that I used to lock my room and dance to Preity Zinta, Kareena Kapoor and Karishma Kapoor's iconic songs. I used to watch every movie of these actresses and then enact the scenes after standing in front of a mirror. Very early in life, I had decided about taking 'acting' as a profession for myself. I have also done courses in acting from places associated with renowned people."
Lastly, talking about her journey in showbiz, the actress says,"Though there were many ups and downs, my overall journey has been very good. There is so much that I have learnt, so much that I have gone through, but it has all been a learning experience. I am glad that I am able to explore various aspects of this profession in a relatable way. My primary focus is to remain honest and dedicated to my craft and that's what brings me work."
On the professional front, Swatti has featured in MTV Splitsvilla, 'Twist Wala Love', and Kya Qasoor Hai Amla Ka. The actress has also left a mark on the audience with her performances in films like Ticket to Bollywood, Dil Jo Na Keh Saka and Dusshera.
Swatto received praises for her acting in her debut Punjabi film Hard Kaur.
