Bigg Boss OTT 2 has been picking up pace and has been witnessing several controversies and tiffs. The show has come up with an interesting ensemble of contestants and host Salman Khan's swag has been adding to the entertainment quotient. And now, the popular reality show recently made the headlines for a shocking twist which has left everyone confused.

As per recent reports, Salman is quitting Bigg Boss OTT 2 and he will not be hosting Bigg Boss 17. It is reported that Salman has taken to end his association with the popular reality show because of an alleged breach of contract from the creative end. The reports also claimed that Salman took the decision after a clip of him smoking on the sets went on air.
The reports suggested that the makers aired the sequence deliberately and it has left Salman upset. While there has been no official confirmation in this regard, the reports have left the fans heartbroken. In fact, YouTuber Abhishek Malhan aka Fukra Insaan's brother Nischay Malhan aka Triggered Insaan also reacted to the same.
To note, Abhishek is one of the most talked about contestants on the show and his brother has been rooting for him. And as the reports about Salman quitting Bigg Boss OTT 2 are going viral, Nischay took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and reacted to the reports saying that the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes without Salman will not be entertaining. He tweeted, "Wtf.... Nooooo #BBOTT2 Tbh weekend ka vaar without Sallu bhai is just so boring".
Meanwhile, Salman Khan's absence from the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episodes also grabbed the eyeballs. To note, Krushna Abhishek was seen hosting the show and claimed that Salman skipped the Weekend Ka Vaar owing to prior commitments.
While there are no official announcement about Salman quitting Bigg Boss OTT 2, if the reports turned out to be true it will be interesting to see who will replace the superstar as the new host of the show.
