Last seen opposite Mohit Raina is Colors TV's Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat in 2016, Somya Seth tied the knot with Arun Kapoor in the United States in 2017, but her marital journey took a tumultuous turn soon after.
After giving up her television career, Somya relocated to the US with her ex-husband. However, by 2018, cracks started to appear in their relationship, and the actress bravely shared her experiences of alleged physical and emotional abuse that she endured during her marriage.
SOMYA SETH GETS MARRIED FOR THE SECOND TIME
In 2019, Somya made the difficult decision to divorce Arun Kapoor, officially ending their troubled union. After going through a rough patch in her personal life, the TV actress moved on in her life and recently got married for the second time to beau Shubham Chuhadia in a private ceremony.
On June 22, the much-in-love couple exchanged wedding vows in a Friends-style ceremony in the presence of some immediate family members and a few close friends.

For the unversed, Shubham hails from the city of Chittorgarh and is the son of Dr. Anju Chouhan, a renowned hospital owner in the area. He pursued a career in architecture and currently works for a firm based in Washington DC.
In 2019, Somya found herself in need of a larger space for her growing son, Ayden. Consequently, she made the decision to rent out a room in the spacious apartment she was living in, and that's when Shubham entered the picture.
Initially, Somya and Shubham were mere housemates, but over time, their friendship blossomed, especially during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Eventually, they grew closer and made the decision to stay together as a couple, embarking on a journey of togetherness ever since.
