Shalin Bhanot Opens Up On His Bond With Sumbul Touqeer Khan; Says ‘My Every Second Spent With Her Was…’

Shalin Bhanot and Sumbul Touqeer Khan's bond on Bigg Boss 16 had been the talk of the town since the first day itself. The duo started as best of friends on the popular reality show and witnessed several ups and downs in their friendship before turning into arch rivals.

Sumbul and Shalin's bond left everyone brimming with an opinion and the Imlie actress was even termed as being obsessed with the Bekaboo star. From Tina Datta to Salman Khan, several people questioned Sumbul about the same.

And now, Shalin has finally opened up about his bond with Sumbul during an interview after he was quizzed about regretting his behaviour towards the young actress and allegedly using her for footage. This happened during his conversation with Faridoon Shahryar wherein he claimed that his friendship with Sumbul was very much real.

"My every second spent with Sumbul was absolutely real and true and my friendship was absolutely real. If things would have gone the way it was I think she would be the first and the foremost person I would have given her a call and being friends with. She is a lovely human being and I really like her as a human being as a person," Shalin was quoted saying

To note, Shalin had also mentioned that he hasn't contacted Sumbul post the reality show. However, he did state that if given a chance he would make a great cast with Sumbul for a dance fiction show. "I think we will have a beautiful show if somebody wants to make a dance fiction show like Step Up. She is a brilliant dancer and I am okay," he was quoted saying.

Talking about the work front, Shalin is currently seen playing the lead role in Bekaboo opposite Eisha Singh. On the other hand, Sumbul is seen in Entertainment Ki Raat Housefull which is hosted by Haarsh Limbachiyaa and Punit J Pathak. The show also featured Fahmaan Khan, Tejasswi Prakash, Karan Kundrra, Archana Gautam etc.
