Sheezan Khan’s Sister Shafaqq Naaz To Get Engaged THIS Month; Read More DEETS

Sheezan Khan's family is currently cherishing some happy moments as the Ali Baba actor returned home after getting bail in the Tunisha Sharma suicide case. Sheezan's sisters, Falaq and Shafaqq, strongly supported him when he was in jail.

For the unversed, Sheezan Khan was arrested on charges of abetment of suicide of Ali Baba lead actress, Tunisha Sharma. Tunisha committed suicide on the sets of the serial in December 2022. He was released on bail on March 4.

SHAFAQQ NAAZ ENGAGEMENT

Now as per the latest buzz, Sheezan's sister Shafaqq is all set to get exchanged. The engagement will take place this month. A source close to the actor confirmed the news to Hindustan Times. The source was quoted as saying, "its an arrange- turned- love marriage": "Yes, she is getting engaged. They are currently deciding the date and the venue. Everything happened on such short notice. Everyone's happy with it and hopes everything works out fine."

The source even revealed that Shafaqq's to-be-fiance doesn't "belong to the industry." They added, "His family is very wary of the media. So they don't really wish to get the limelight."

SHAFAQQ NAAZ FIANCE

Reports also say that Shafaqq and her soon-to-be fiance are dating each other "for almost two-and-a-half years". The said boy is a businessman from Muscat (Oman). Shafaqq, however, is yet to respond to the rumors.

Meanwhile, Shafaqq shared a family picture after Sheezan was out on bail. Through the post, she thanked all those who stood by their side when her brother was in jail. She wrote, "Shukaran sukoon, Thank you each and everyone who supported us and prayed for us."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shafaqq has appeared in several shows including, SAB Tv's popular show, Chidiya Ghar, and as Kunti in Star Plus 2013 show, Mahabharat, among others.
