Shiv Thakare’s Aai Didn’t Want Him To Do Khatron Ke Khiladi 13; Actor Reveals ‘Bechari Bolti Hai…’

Shiv Thakare is all over the headlines these days and rightfully so. After all, the Bigg Boss 16 first runner up is now fearing up for another reality show. We are talking about Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 which is an adventure based reality show and will be having an interesting ensemble of contestants this year.

And while fans are excited to see Shiv Thakare in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, did you know his aai didn't want him to participate in the show? He made this revelation during his interview with Siddharth Kanan and revealed that his mother was quite concerned about him given the format of the show.

"Aai na thodi emotional hai. aai ka maan to aai ka mann hai. Bechari bolti hai keede makaude ka show hai mat kar, aaji bolti hai kahi se hi wo itne bade bade saanp daalte hain. Ye kuch 2-3 monhts pehle ki baat hai abhi usko pta hai ki ja raha hai ye. Abhi bolti kuch nahi hota ye kuch nahi karte, unke daant nikale hote. I was like 'Ye time badal gaya halat badal gaye'. But ab wo motivate karti hai ki kuch nahi hoga," Shiv was quited saying.

Meanwhile, there have been reports about Shiv charging a massive amount for his participation in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. According to media reports, he is one of the highest paid contestants on the show and is charging over Rs 10 lakhs per week.

Rubbishing the news, Shiv stated, "Ye sab cheezein hum nahi bta sakte, hume bola gaya hai. But paise liye hain aur mera jo mileage hai wo bhi nikalta hai aur EMI bhi bhar sakta hu itna paisa liya hai maine. Acha khasa amount hai bs".

Apart from Shiv, Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 will also feature names like Archana Gautam, Arjit Taneja, Nyra Banerjee, Rohit Roy, Anjum Fakih, etc. The show will be shot in Argentina and the contestants will be leaving for the shooting this month.
