Shiv Thakare On Dating Rumours: Shiv Thakare made his TV debut with MTV Roadies Rising in 2017 as a contestant and has come a long way in his career. After making a mark for himself on his debut show, he rose to fame with Bigg Boss Marathi 2.

Hosted by Mahesh Manjrekar, the reality show saw Shiv Thakare walking away with the winner's trophy after which he finally entered Colors TV's Bigg Boss 16, hosted by Salman Khan, which proved to be a turning point in his career.

The controversial reality series turned out to be a huge success with Shiv declared as the runner-up. Since then, the popular 'Marathi Manus' is all over the headlines.

While he was recently seen in Colors TV's Entertainment Ki Raat Housefull, some reports suggested that he's dating TV star Akanksha Puri.

SHIV THAKARE CONFIRMS HE'S NOT DATING AKANKSHA PURI

A few days after Akanksha refuted the dating reports, Shiv has now reacted to it. As expected, even he dismissed the ongoing rumours and stated that he's currently single.

Talking to ETimes about the same, he stated, "Yesterday someone texted me about these rumours and I just ignored it. I met Akanksha a long time ago at a party and we met through common friends at the party. She is a friend and a nice individual, but no there is nothing going on between us. In fact, I am such a traditional guy that if I were to date someone, I would take a few months and then think of moving ahead. So, I have no plans to date anyone. In fact, there is still a long time for me to get into a relationship."

SHIV THAKARE SUPER EXCITED FOR KHATRON KE KHILADI 13

Currently, Shiv is focusing on his career and is super excited about Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. After making his presence felt in Bigg Boss 16, participation in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 is another dream come true for him.

For the unversed, the stunt-based reality show is likely to hit the floors in May in Argentina. Most probably, it'll premiere on TV in July. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.
