TV buffs are quite excited for Barsatein-Mausam Pyaar Ke as Shivangi Joshi will romance Kushal Tandon. The Beyhadh actor is making a comeback to the small screen after seven long years with the romantic drama that will replace Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3 from next week.

Viewers are eagerly waiting for Barsaatein as both Shivangi and Kushal will be seen in different avatars in the highly-anticipated drama. Be it the storyline or the premise, the show has remained in the headlines for all the right reasons.

SHIVANGI JOSHI SHARES REASON FOR SIGNING BARSAATEIN

Ahead of the launch of Barsatein, Shivangi shared a big update about the shocking twist and revealed the reason why she signed the dotted lines for the show. The Balika Vadhu 2 star opened up about her giving her approval for a daily soap like Barsatein, which focuses on the love story of two different individuals.

The Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 star expressed her excitement on being a part of Barsaatein, stating that she was bowled over by the refreshing story of the show. Sharing an update about the twist, she said that Ekta Kapoor and her creative team will focus on a love story where a girl falls for an elusive man and later gets heartbroken.

When asked what attracted her towards the character of Aradhana, she quipped, "I was drawn to her as I am similar to Aradhana in real life. She is an opinionated girl, who is optimistic and willing to take things a notch higher."

Barsatein will premiere on July 10, 2023 at 8pm while Nakuul Mehta-Disha Parmar's Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3 will shift to the 7:30pm slot.
