Talking to the media at the International Icon Awards 2023, Touqeer Hassan Khan said, "Main is controversy me padna nahi chahta kya ho raha hai kya nahi. Sumbul apne decisions khud le rahi hai, saari baatein wo khud kar rahi hai. Aur rahi baat fans ki to jahan tak main Sumbul ke jitne bhi fans hain unko jaanta hu aur mera unse interaction bhi kaafi hota hai wo saare bahut positive log hain. Kabhi koi negativity karte hi nahi hai. Mai tamaam fans se yahi bolunga ki bs aap log Sumbul pe dhyan rakhiye, Sumbul bahut acha kar rahi hai".

When quizzed about his opinion on Sumbul and Fahmaan's fallout, he emphasised, "Ye bachon ki baatein hain bachon ko hi handle karne do na. jab bade beech me khudenge to mamla kharab ho jayega".

Meanwhile, Sumbul has been maintaining a stoic stance on the matter so far. Talking about the work front, Submul will soon be coming up with her new music video. Talking about it, the former Bigg Boss 16 contestant stated that the song is very special and is sung by her and her sister Saniya.
