In the video, Sumbul was lip syncing to a viral audio wherein she was seen asking for confessions of love for her before its late in the quirkiest way possible. The actress had captioned the video as, "Kripya dhyaan dein". As the video went vrial, fans were seen assuming it is for Sumbul's rumoured beau Fahmaan Khan. An Instagram user took to the comment section and wrote, "Fahmii kaha ho jaldi kro hurry up". Another user commented, "Fehman ko koi mention kro yaar usko pta chalna chahiye Sumbul ka isara fehman ki or". And while fans were waiting for Fahmaan Khan's reaction, the Pyar Ke Saath Vachan Dharampatnii actor did react to the post and liked it.
