While the reports have got the fans excited, Sumbul Touqeer stated that nothing has been confirmed so far. However, she did drop hints that a big announcement is coming up. Talking to Telly Chakkar, Sumbul stated, "Nothing is confirmed as of now. I have also heard about it, right now I haven't spoken on it. So once I come to know when to let everyone know but something big is coming up soon and will announce it".

Meanwhile, there are reports that Sumbul is also planning to do Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. To this, the young actress stated that she would love to be a part of the show. Sumbul emphasised, "I would take up the offer as it's one of the most successful reality shows on television and it's a stunt based show and I love doing stunts. In the past too, I have said that while doing the shoot of Imlie I did all my stunts on my own and never used a body double for the show".

On the other hand, Rohit Shetty, who had graced Bigg Boss 16 during the finale week, had announced the first contestant of Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. Based on the stunts done by the top 5 finalists Shalin Bhanot, Shiv Thakare, MC Stan, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Archan Gautam, Rohit had choosen Shalin to be a part of his show. However, the Do Hanson Ka Jodaa actor had turned down the offer owing to his phobias.
