Sumbul Touqeer Khan is an actress who clearly aces the art of making the headlines be it on the professional front. After a successful stint in Bigg Boss 16, Sumbul recently made heads turn for her fallout with rumoured beau Fahmaan Khan. And now, she is making the headlines once again and this time because of her father.

According to media reports, Sumbul's father Touqeer Hassan Khan is set to tie
the knot once again. Reportedly, Khan will be marrying Nilofer who is a divorcee and has a daughter from her first marriage. The wedding is likely to take place next week and Sumbul can't keep calm about welcoming the new members in the family.

Sharing her excitement about her father's second marriage, the Imlie actress told the Times of India that they are looking forward to their new sister joining the family and are quite excited about it. "Our father has been our greatest source of inspiration and support for the last many years. Saniya and I are very happy for him," she was quote saying.

For the uninitiated, Sumbul's parents parted ways when she was six and ever since then Khan had raised both daughters single-handedly. The former Bigg Boss 16 contestant even spoke about how she tried looking for a bride for her father. "I have tried finding a bride for my dad once but the experience wasn't a good one. So as much as I would like him to be remarried, I would want him to be ready for it too," she told TOI.
