Sumbul Touqeer Khan has been all over the news these days courtesy of her upcoming show. The diva, post her successful stint in Bigg Boss 16, is now gearing up for Kavya Ek Jazba Ek Junoon. The show will feature Sumbul playing the role of an IAS officer along with Mishkat Varma.

The promo has left the fans wanting more and everyone has been in awe of Sumbul's look as an IAS officer. Needless to say, fans are eagerly looking forward to witnessing Sumbul's new jodi with Mishkat Varma as their off screen chemistry has also been grabbing eyeballs.

Clearly, fans are waiting for the launch of Kavya Ek Jazba Ek Junoon. While the makers are yet to announce the premiere date date, Sumbul has opened up about the same. During her recent interaction with media, Sumbul revealed that the show is coming up soon.

"Abhi Kavya aane wala hai.... Kavya Ek Jazba Ek Junoon, Sony TV pe sabko jald hi dekhne ko milega and ye bahut hi different character hai, bahut hi different hai mere pehle ke shows se, mere pehle ke saare projects se different hai. To mere liye to roz hi bahut challenging ho jata hai wo role nibhana because kuch characters hote hain jinme ek dayra hota hai aapke liye aur aapko us dayre ke andar hi aapke saare emotions emote karne hain jo ki bahut mushkil kaam hota hai ek actor ke liye. So, mere liye to challenge hi hai aur main koshish kr rahi hu, mehnat kar rahi baki audience ke haath me hai," she added.

Earlier, Sumbul had opened up about what made her give a nod for the show and said that it was Kavya's zeal to achieve her dreams irrespective of the obstacles coming her way is what lured her to the character. "I found this narrative to be very progressive and relatable," she added.
