Sumbul Touqeer Khan Reveals Why She Has NOT Worked With Shiv Thakare After BB 16: Shiv Bhai Ke Saath…

Shiv Thakare News: Bigg Boss 16, hosted by Salman Khan, premiered on Colors TV last year and turned out to be a humongous success. Several well-known names like Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Ankit Gupta, and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia among others were seen as contestants in BB 16.

Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Shiv Thakare too were a part of Bigg Boss 16. While the duo initially indulged in a few fights, they eventually became great buddies and fans shipped them as ShivSum. Not just mandali, but even Shiv and Sumbul's close equation was a highlight of the controversial reality show.

SUMBUL TOUQEER KHAN ON PROJECT WITH SHIV THAKARE

Ever since they bid adieu to the show earlier this year, fans of Sumbul and Shiv have been eagerly awaiting to see them together on screen once again. Last night, the talented actress got snapped at the Mumbai airport where she also interacted with paps. When one of the reporters asked Sumbul about the possibility of collaborating with Shiv Thakare, she replied, "Shiv bhai ke saath mei bhi aana hai gaana, par wahi, dates saath mei aa jae toh phir kya hi chahiye."

While Sumbul is set to return to TV with Sony TV's Kavya: Ek Jazbaa, Ek Junoon, the actress opened up about her upcoming music videos too. She revealed being busy with Kavya currently and added that her next song will take some time.

She said, "Gaane ko abhi time hai because abhi mera focus abhi Kavya ki taraf hai. Kavya bhi bohot different show hai isliye mujhe bhi thoda time chal raha hai, rhythm mei aane mei, toh abhi hai time."

Coming back to Sumbul's new show, she plays the titular role of an IAS officer Kavya and the struggles in her life. Mishkat Varma essays the male lead opposite her. While the makers are yet to unveil the premiere date, it is expected to premiere on Sony TV next month.
