Sumbul Touqeer Reveals Why Shalin Bhanot Didn’t Deserve To Win Bigg Boss 16 & It Has Tina Datta Connection

Sumbul Touqeer Khan and her journey on Bigg Boss 16 had left everyone brimming with an opinion. While Sumbul had several ups and downs in her journey on the show, her controversy with Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta grabbed several eyeballs.

And while the actress has been quite disappointed with how her friendship was portrayed on national television, she was seen maintaining her distance from Shalin and Tina on the show. In fact, even after Bigg Boss 16, Sumbul has been at loggerheads with Shalin and Tina and is in no mood to be friends with her. This isn't all, Sumbul is also of the opinion that Shalin did not deserve to win Bigg Boss 16 and it has a connection with Tina Datta.

In one of her interviews with India Forums, Sumbul was quizzed about a contestant who doesn't deserve to win BB16. To this, she stated, "I don't want to badmouth anyone but Shalin, to be honest. Kuch aisa nahi hai ki mera unse jhagda hua tha to main nahi chahti ki tum nahi jeeto, aisa kuch nahi tha. It's just that I felt pure season me the only mudda he had was Tina and chicken. Ye do mudde ke ilawa maine kuch dekha nahi".

Interestingly, the Imlie actress had also stated that if she could change one thing about her journey on Bigg Boss 16, she wouldn't have been talking to Shalin and Tina since the beginning. It is evident that she regrets being friends with the duo at some point on the show.

On the other hand, Shalin has been all praises for Sumbul after Bigg Boss 16 and even stated that he would like to work with her in a dance fiction show. As of now, Shalin is seen playing the lead in Bekaboo with Eisha Singh while Tina is currently doing Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum With Jay Bhanushali. Meanwhile, Sumbul is yet to announce her next project as of now.
