SAB
TV's
Taarak
Mehta
Ka
Ooltah
Chasmah,
produced
by
Asit
Modi,
premiered
in
July
2008
and
has
been
faring
well
on
the
TRP
charts
since
then.
While
the
hit
sitcom
is
all
set
to
complete
15
years
later
this
year,
many
actors
have
left
it
in
the
past
few
months
for
different
reasons.
In
December
last
year,
Raj
Andakat
confirmed
his
exit
from
Taarak
Mehta
Ka
Ooltah
Chashmah.
The
actor,
who
replaced
Bhavya
Gandhi
as
Jethalal's
son
Tapu,
remained
part
of
it
for
several
years.
Taking
to
social
media,
he
announced
his
exit
and
left
the
loyal
viewers
sad.
On
his
social
media
account,
Raj
wrote,
"Hello
everyone,
it's
time
to
lay
all
questions
and
speculation
to
rest.
My
association
with
Neela
Film
Productions
and
'Taarak
Mehta
Ka
Ooltah
Chashmah'
has
officially
ended.
It
has
been
a
wonderful
journey
of
learning,
making
friends,
and
having
some
of
the
best
years
of
my
career."
Months
after
Raj
bid
goodbye
to
the
highest-rated
comedy
show,
the
makers
have
finally
found
his
replacement.
Yes,
you
read
that
right!
Reportedly,
actor
Nitish
Bhaluni
is
all
set
to
enter
Taarak
Mehta
Ka
Ooltah
Chashmah
as
the
new
Tapu.
According
to
an
ETimes
report,
he
has
already
started
shooting
for
the
successful
show
and
will
soon
be
introduced
as
new
Tapu.
However,
an
official
announcement
is
still
awaited.
For
the
unversed,
Bhavya
Gandhi
was
the
first
actor
who
played
Tapu
in
Taarak
Mehta
Ka
Ooltah
Chashmah.
From
2008
to
2017,
he
essayed
the
character
and
won
many
hearts
with
his
cute
and
funny
antics.
Later,
in
2017,
Raj
Anadkat
replaced
him
and
played
the
role
for
around
five
years.
Now,
it'll
be
interesting
to
see
if
Nitish
will
be
able
to
do
justice
to
the
part
or
not.
