Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal update: Karan Kundrra and Gashmeer Mahajani's show has been hogging all the limelight ever since it went on air. While the supernatural drama has been trending on social media, it has not been able to set the TRP charts on fire. Despite a star-studded cast and impressive storyline, the show has failed to strike a chord with the audience.

The makers have not been able to decode the formula to grab more eyeballs and get decent viewership. After an amazing start, Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal suffered a drop in numbers, resulting in changes in the track.
There's a big update for all the fans of Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal. Colors channel has decided to trim the duration of the show and extend it till Friday. Yes, you read that right!

Colors TV has confirmed that Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal will now air from Monday to Friday at 9pm slot from March 20, 2023. They released the promo to inform the viewers about the same. While the show earlier beamed at 9pm on Monday to Wednesday for on hour, it will now only air for thirty minutes.
What We Know About The Change?
A source on condition of anonymity exclusively told Filmibeat, "The channel is disappointed with the ratings of Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal as the show plummeted to a TVR of 0.8 in week 10. However, they are confident about the success of the show and hence, are leaving no stone unturned to promote it on social media and other platforms. As Bekaboo is launching this week, there will be quite a few changes in the programming on Colors channel."
Programming Changes On Colors Channel
"While Molkki 2 will go off air soon, Durga Aur Charu will take over the slot on Colors. Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal is slated to go off air by May end along with Indian Premiere League 2023. Shivoham, the next big-ticket launch on Colors TV, will replace the show from June 2023," the source added.
A TV industry told Filmibeat, "Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal was supposed to take the 7pm slot on weekends and the channel should have stick to it. Their gamble to put the show on weekdays has not reaped benefits. Such shows work better on the weekend, the examples being Naagin 6, Qayamat Ki Raat, Divya Drishti and Brahmarakhas."
