Udaariyaan To Take Leap, Twinkle Arora-Hitesh Bharadwaj To QUIT Show? What We Know

Indian television has been witnessing a trend of a leap of late wherein several popular shows are following the strategy. And now another show is set to join the trend. We are talking about Udaariyaan, which features Twinkle Arora, Hitesh Bharadwaj and Isha Malviya in the lead.

As per a recent buzz, Udaariyaan is set to witness a massive twist wherein the show will head for a generation leap. While the story will be coming with a lot of twists and turns, it is reported that the family drama will also have a major change in the lead cast. Yes! You read that right.

Udaariyaan lead pair Twinkle Arora and Hitesh Bharadwaj, who play the role of Nehmat and Ekam respectively, will be quitting the show due to a generation leap. Looks like the family drama will soon be having a new pair to rule the plot. On the other hand, Isha Malviya, who has been associated with the show since its inception, continues to be a part of the show as of now.

Confirming her exit from Udaariyaan, Twinkle Arora got emotional and told Etimes TV, "The show is taking a leap and the previous characters' storyline has come to an end. I too would like to take a leap from this character and try something new". She even went on to thank producers Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey for giving her the opportunity to play Nehmat.

To note, Twinkle has come a long way with Nehmat not just professionally but personally as well. The actress was roped in for the show when her mother was battling with cancer and she ended up losing her mother when she had shot the promo. However, Twinkle feels she has become stronger and more confident with time.

When quizzed about her upcoming projects, Twinkle beamed with excitement and said that she has some exciting projects in the kitty. "I'm excited about trying on new characters for my upcoming projects. I just can't wait to reveal what's next in the box for my fans as there is some super exciting news which I will be sharing with them soon". Meanwhile, Hitesh is yet to confirm the news of his exit so far.
