Bigg Boss 15’s Umar Riaz Calls Bigg Boss Biased

It hasn't been long since Asim Riaz made heads turn as he called Sidharth Shukla's Bigg Boss 14 win rigged. His statement left everyone brimming with an opinion and fans weren't happy about it. And now, his brother Umar Riaz, who participated in Bigg Boss 15, is making headlines as he has called Bigg Boss biased during his recent interview with Siddharth Kanan. For the uninitiated, Umar was evicted from the popular reality show for getting into a physical fight with Pratik Sehajpal. While he was upset with his exit, he was seen tweeting about the same during Bigg Boss 16 when Archana Gautam came back on the show despite getting violent with Shiv Thakare.

And now, during his interview with Siddharth Kannan, when Umar was quizzed about Bigg Boss being partial to some contestants, he replied affirmativel and asserted that makers didn't want him to stay for long in the show.. Umar said, "Obviously it happens. I am just a guy who just came in. I think they, what I heard was that they just wanted me so that I can be there for 3-4 weeks. They never wanted me to go ahead so much. because obviously humare season me tv ka har ek bada naam tha - Shamita thi, Karan tha, Jay tha, jinko mai janta hu. Har banda ek genre me kafi famous tha and they had put everyone. Mujhe bhi rakha. Singers Afsana thi, Akasa, everybody had excelled in their own field, own genre and they had put me. Ab mera role kya tha usme, jab maine sbko dekha I was like I don't think I belong to this world. Because ek hafte pehle I was working in a hospital and then I was put there in a reality show. Dekhna aur experience krna its a huge difference".

While Umar stated his exit was unfair, he said that he has moved on from it now. "Obviously jo log they are taking crores of rupees to be in Bigg Boss, they will be partial to them. And who am I? I will make one mistake and they will throw me out and that's what they did. Because obviously I went so ahead, I went 100 days, century mara maine. 7 people were left and top 5 were there. And if you can imagine, I am still very happy you know why because out of those 13 people who came in with me, only three people left - me, Tejasswi and Karan. Everybody was thrown out. And three people were more from OTT. I was so close to finale, I had already got the finale ticket and I did one mistake and they blame everything on me. Why would they want just a normal guy coming in and be in top 5. They wanted their people. But now I am like it's okay, even if it was unfair, kyunki mere liye utna hi likha tha," he added.

As of now, Umar is making headlines as there are reports about him participating in Kangana Ranaut's Lock Upp 2. While fans will be excited to see him on the show, if the reports turned out to be true, Lock Upp 2 will mark Umar's second show with Karan Kundrra who is likely to return as a jailor on the show.
