Urfi
Javed
Gets
Death
Threat
For
Halloween
Look:
Social
media
sensation
Urfi
Javed
is
well-known
for
her
eccentric
appearances.
Her
unusual
fashion
choices
and
unique
style,
often
described
as
bizarre,
have
won
accolades
for
being
creative.
However,
the
starlet's
one-of-a-kind
outfits
also
bring
her
a
fair
share
of
criticism
and
online
trolling.
She
recently
created
actor
Rajpal
Yadav's
popular
character
'chhote
pandit'
look
from
the
movie
'Bhool
Bhulaiyaa',
which
has
triggered
controversy.
The
actress
revealed
that
she
is
being
targeted
by
trolls,
some
even
sending
her
death
threats.

Halloween
look
The
former
Bigg
Boss
OTT
contestant
on
Tuesday
took
to
her
X
account
and
revealed
that
she
has
been
receiving
death
threats
for
recreating
Rajpal
Yadav's
iconic
look
from
the
film
"Bhool
Bhulaiyaa."
She
posted
screen
grabs
of
the
threat
that
she
received
via
mail,
wherein
the
two
men
are
accusing
the
actress
of
hurting
religious
sentiments
and
also
warning
her
of
her
life.
For
this
Halloween,
Urfi
recreated
the
look
of
'Chhote
Pandit',
which
was
a
character
played
by
Rajpal
Yadav
Akshay
Kuamr
starrer
horror
comedy
movie
Bhool
Bhulaiyaa.
Similar
to
the
character,
Urfi
too
painted
her
face
red
and
wore
an
orange
dhoti
and
a
red
high-neck
full-sleeve
top.
She
had
a
marigold
garland
around
her
neck
and
two
incense
sticks
on
her
ears,
exactly
like
that
of
Yadav's
character.
Soon
after
she
shared
the
video
on
Instagram,
the
reality
star
was
blasted
for
"insulting
and
aimed
at
offending
Hindus,"
and
many
urged
her
to
take
it
down.
And
now,
the
26-year-old
revealed
that
she
was
getting
death
threats
over
the
video.
Sharing
the
screenshots
of
the
threats,
Urfi
wrote,
"I'm

a
movie
where
as
that

didn't
get
any
backlash."
One
of
the
emails
sent
by
a
man
named
Nikhil
Goswami
demanded
she
delete
the
video
or
he
would
kill
her.
Another
person
questioned
her
about
how
she
could
defame
the
Hindu
religion.
Rupesh
Kumar
stated
in
the
mail,
'I
will
shoot
you
in
broad
daylight,
and
no
one
will
be
able
to
save
you."

Earlier,
too,
Urfi
Javed
had
received
death
threats
for
her
sartorial
choices.
A
man
in
2022
was
arrested
for
allegedly
sending
rape
threats
to
the
actress.
Talking
about
getting
abused
for
her
fashion,
Urfi
stated
in
an
interview
earlier,
"This
industry
is
all
about
getting
popularity
and
getting
attention,
so
what
is
wrong
with
it
then?"
She
even
argued
that
she
is
not
alone
in
wearing
'these
kinds
of
clothes'
as
many
girls
are
sharing
their
bikini
pics
online.
