Kaun Banega Crorepati 15 winner: Mayank registered his name in history books as he became the youngest crorepati of the show. The 12-year-old won Rs 1 crore, emerging as the youngest crorepati of KBC 15 and other seasons. The boy, who hails from Haryana's Mahendragarh, left a strong mark on the audience.

Mayank is the youngest contestant to win Rs 1 Crore on Kaun Banega Crorepati 15 in the new segment titled 'KBC Juniors Week'. Mayank, who studies in class 8th, proved that knowledge doesn't see any age, gender or creed.

He successfully managed to answer the KBC 15 questions with ease. He took the assistance of an expert for the Rs 1 crore question. Even the expert praised Mayank, lauding his talent and confidence in the game.

"I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to display my knowledge on 'KBC Juniors Week' and play the game opposite Amitabh Sir, who motivated me throughout. To be the youngest contestant winning such a huge amount is a moment of pride for me and my family. We are big fans of the show and Bachchan Sir! I would also take this opportunity to thank my parents for their consistent guidance that helped me to play well and achieve the 1 crore feat," Mayank said in a statement as quoted as saying by City Air News.

Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 15 is available for viewing from Monday to Friday at 9PM on Sony Entertainment Television.
