Tanu Chandel, popularly known as Nivedita Chandel was born into a Rajput Family in Rewa. She holds a master's degree in commerce with Finance as Major. Nivedita had a keen interest in sports, and she has been a successful athlete and has even played up to the National Levels.

Tanu made her Bollywood debut with Love Ke Funday in 2016. Along with films, the gorgeous actress has also shown her prowess in several singles and albums and TV commercials. She featured in several hits like Yaara, Pyaar Ho Na Jaaye and Case Bari.

She was appreciated from all quarters for acting in songs like singer Deep Karan's Supply and hit musical duo Nooran Sisters (Jyoti Nooran and Sultana Nooran)'s Akh Lardi.
