According to a report in DNA, a few members of Bajrang Dal 'hijacked the stage' in Indore's show, creating a ruckus, leading to cancellation of the evenet. The report in the portal suggested that Bajrang Dal members claimed that MC Stan is 'polluting the young minds' as he uses abusive language in his rap and songs. A video has been going viral on the internet and many users claim that it is from the venue where MC Stan was supposed to perform.

Sumbul Touqeer has featured in a cameo role in Dear Ishq, which stars Niyati Fatnani and Sehban Azim in lead roles.
