Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Update: Rajan Shahi's YRKKH has been a source of entertainment for viewers for an impressive 14 years and continues to maintain strong ratings. Its debut on Star Plus in 2009 marked the beginning of a successful journey, and it now centers around the third generation, with Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod in the lead roles.

At present, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai revolves around Abhimanyu (Harshad Chopda) getting the custody of his son, Abhir, leaving Akshara (Pranali Rathod) and Abhinav (Jai Soni) devastated. On the other hand, Manjari (Ami Trivedi) is plotting to send Akshara and Abhimanyu back to Kasauli.

Jay Soni's character Abhinav is finally going to end in the long-running Star Plus show. Reportedly, the pivotal character is soon going to die after which the track will revolve arounf the reunion of Akshara and Abhimanyu.Yes, you read that right!

Revealing the same, Rajan Shahi told Tellychakkar, "Every character has its journey, Even before it was designed, our celebrated writer Zama Habib, was very certain that this character needed to die and I believe it is the truest form of storytelling, we were sure that it had a starting, a middle, and an end, nothing else, this was always going to be the story. Every cameo that we, at DKP bring in, was designed for the specific purpose that he served. Jay's performance as Abhinav stirred a lot of emotions and reactions in the audience, which served the purpose. It is a love story between Akshara and Abhimanyu. Everything that happens brings it back to them."

Well, the news will surely make AbhiRa fans elated, however, Jay Soni will surely be missed by the loyal viewers.
