These speculations were recently confirmed by Rajan Shahi, who lauded Jay Soni for his invaluable contribution to the much-loved family saga. Subsequently, Jay Soni himself confirmed his exit from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

JAY SONI WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT JOINING YRKKH

The actor revealed that he's grateful for being a part of such a humongous project and is happy with the overwhelming response from devoted viewers. Jay also expressed contentment that his character's narrative will end in a fitting manner.

As Jay Soni is all set to exit soon, he recently revealed being skeptical about joining an ongoing show when the offer of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai came up. However, Rajan Shahi convinced him to be a part of the hit show and he's happy with the decision.

Revealing the same, he told Zoom TV, "I've always had the thing that I don't want to enter a running show but when I met Rajan sir, and he said just do it, trust me, I said let's just go for it. I was skeptical initially, but the response I received was massive and it was magical. It was a journey where we took one step at a time, and the feeling was like that of how magic happens, but you don't even know it has happened."

YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI: HERE'S HOW ABHINAV TO EXIT

As previously disclosed, the forthcoming episodes will witness the demise of Abhinav, with Abhimanyu being held responsible for his death. While he'll try to prove his innocence, it'll be interesting to see if he'll win back the trust of Akshara and Abhir or not.
