YRKKH’s Jay Soni Reveals Details About Abhinav's Death Scene & Why It Was Difficult To Shoot: I Got Flashbacks

Jay Soni has been making the headlines ever since he joined Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. He was seen playing the role of Abhimanyu and amanged to win millions of hearts with his stint in the show. And now, Jay is once again grabbing the eyeballs for his exit from the family drama.

Yes! Jay's character Abhinav will be dying in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and it will bring a new twist in the storyline. In fact, the social media is abuzz with tweets hailing Jay Soni's performance in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Needless to say, it is an emotional moment for the audience.

And now, Jay has opened up about the difficulty he had in shooting climax scene wherein Abhinac will be dying and said that the idea of going to the sets anymore has been hitting him now. He also asserted that he felt heavy after doing Jay's death scene and was getting flashbacks.

"I was getting the flashbacks of my journey as my character has never died in any of my shows. This happened for the first time. I was feeling a bit weird. I could see the flashbacks of Kasauli. I was remembering Abhir and my scenes. That was a different feeling. I wanted to snap out of it because as an actor, I was welling up doing such a scene," Jay told Telly Chakkar.

He also emphasised that there couldn't have been a better comeback for him. Meanwhile, Jay also took to social media and share glimpses of his last scene as Abhinav. In the caption he shared an emotional note and wrote, "Jo aata hai, usse ek na ek din Jaana hi hota hai... Socha tha kabhi alvida na kehna, par alvida toh kehna hi padta hai... Sharing some glimpses from the final moments on set...Encapsulating the energy, the sweat, and the emotions that filled the set!"
