Needless to say, Jay Soni's exit from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has left the fans emotional. While the actor is overwhelmed about leaving the show, his co-star Pranali has now got candid about her first impression of Jay Soni and was all praises for him.

This happened during her recent interaction with Telly Chakkar wherein Pranali, who plays the role of Akshara, stated that she met Jay for the first time on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai during their first scene itself. "We met during our first scene, which was on a bus, and I did not know how Abhinav's character was going to pan out. I got a briefing about Abhinav and the kind of dynamic that we would be sharing, and we started with no expectations and he was very fun to work with".

Furthermore, Pranali also spoke about her ice-breaking moment with Jay and stated that they ended up talking while rehearsing for the lines. "I remember Romesh Sir, was there and he acted as an icebreaker," she was quoted saying.

Meanwhile, Jay Soni had also shared a glimpse of his farewell bash on the sets and wrote, "And it's a wrap...A special & Memorable one! I feel extremely fortunate enough to have gotten to work with the energetic & enthusiastic unit, cast & crew of #yrkkh. With such fun loving people around, the set never felt like a workplace, I always felt at Home. As I pen this down, tears are rolling down my eyes, par ye Khushi ke aansu hai!
