Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has witnessed multiple exits after the makers introduced a six-year leap. Considering the new track, the production house decided to bring new artists to spice up the things. While Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda continue to be a part of YRKKH, a few actors have quit the show.

Ardent fans of Yeh Rishta have been wondering what will happen to the character of Kairav after Mayank Arora's exit. The talented actor, who essayed the role of Pranali Rathod's on-screen brother, left the show after playing the role of Kairav for over a year.

Rajan Shahi and his team have found the replacement for Mayank Arora within a few days of his exit. Yes, you read that right!

A popular TV star will step into Mayank Arora's shoes and play the new Kairav. We are talking about Abeer Singh Godhwani.

ABEER SINGH GODHWANI CONFIRMS ENTRY IN YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA

The TV star, who was last seen as an inspector in Tejasswi Prakash and Simba Nagpal-starrer Naagin 6, has confirmed that he will replace Mayank Arora as the new Kairav. Abeer will be seen adding a different flavour to the charate of Kairav. The talented actor has already started the shooting for the show and his entry will be aired soon.

Mayank Arora parted ways with production house on a good note. He confirmed that he wanted to explore other options and hence, he decided to leave the show mutually after consulting with Rajan Shahi.

WHO IS ABEER SINGH GODHWANI?

Abeer, who was earlier known as Karan Goodhwani, has been part of hit shows like Diya Aur Baati Hum, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, Dil Se Dil Tak and Chal Sheh Aur Maat. He started his career with Jugni Chali Jalandhar in 2008.

ABOUT YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI

YRKKH will complete fourteen successful years on January 12, 2023. The show launched in 2009 with Karan Mehra and Hina Khan as the main leads. After their exit, Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi took over the reigns of the daily soap and played the respective roles of Kartik and Naira.

Pranali and Harshad were introduced as the leads after Rajan Shahi decided to take a generation leap. Sasural Genda Phool fame Jay Soni recently entered the show as part of the new track.
