Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai New Cast: Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is poised for yet another generation leap, ushering in a fresh season in the long-running family drama. Two years after the introduction of Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod as the new protagonists, Rajan Shahi, the show's producer, recently confirmed the upcoming season's development. As a consequence of this leap, the current lead actors will soon bid farewell to their characters.

NEW CAST MEMBERS IN YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI

With the departures of Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai now confirmed, the production team has finally signed the actors who'll be seen as new protagonists after the leap. As previously reported, Saavi Ki Savaari fame Samridhi Shuka and Choti Sarrdaarni fame Shehzada Dhami have officially been signed as the new lead stars of YRKKH.

Not just that, the makers have also roped in known names like Anita Raj, Preeti Amin, and Shruti Ulfat among others for pivotal roles post-leap. Now, the latest buzz suggests that another actor and reality TV star is likely to join the cast after the time jump.

Well, we're talking about MTV Roadies Karm Ya Kaand winner Rishabh Jaiswal, who was also seen playing a pivotal role in Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa.

ANUPAMAA ACTOR RISHABH JAISWAL JOINS YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI?

According to a report in India Forums, Rishabh Jaiswal has joined the cast of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. While there were rumours about his re-entry in Anupamaa, it looks like that's not going to be the cast. It is being said that he's likely to essay the role of new hero Shehzada Dhami's cousin brother in the popular Star Plus show. However, an official announcement regarding the same is still awaited.

The makers have already unveiled the new promo of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai featuring Samridhi Shukla who's set to play Akshara and ABhinav's daughter named Abhira. The new season of YRKKH will start airing from November 6 onwards.
