Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Leap Update: Produced under the banner of DKP by Rajan Shahi, Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda have garnered immense love and appreciation from fans for their roles as Akshara and Abhimanyu in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai since 2021. Earlier this year, as the beloved show celebrated its impressive fourteenth-year milestone, the family drama took a significant turn in its storyline.

Jay Soni, who made a captivating entry into Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai at the beginning of the year and won hearts as Abhinav, recently bid adieu to the long-running Star Plus show as his character met an unexpected demise, bringing an unforeseen twist to Akshara's life.

AMI TRIVEDI ON LEAP IN YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI

While Jay's departure left devoted viewers feeling disheartened, there are current speculations about the possibility of another generation leap. Not just that, there are rumours that Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod will quit the show after the leap. While the makers haven't yet confirmed the ongoing reports, PraShad's well-known co-star has finally reacted to it.

Well, we're talking about Ami Trivedi who essays the pivotal role of Abhimanyu's mother Manjiri in the long-running family drama. Reacting to the same, the talented actress dismissed the leap rumours and told ETimes, "We have also heard such rumours but the production team has informed us that they are baseless. So, we are just focussed on our work as of now."

AMI TRIVEDI ON HER ROLE ENDING IN YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI

Sharing her thoughts about the rumours of her role ending soon in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Ami stated that she's enjoying playing Manjiri and it is her best phase. She stated, "I am shooting and no, my track isn't getting over. I enjoy playing Manjiri and this is the best phase of my life. Manjiri's character has portrayed many shades from being positive to being extremely hurt and then turning a bit grey because she is possessive about her son. My character was a bit negative when she saw Akshara (Pranali Rathod) getting married to Abhinav in the show. But, these things happen in daily soaps, so it's fine. I and happy that I have had some interesting scenes in the show."

Her statement is surely going to make YRKKH fans happy. So far, Harshad and Pranali haven't yet reacted to the leap reports.
