Actor Mohit Arora Returns To Acting After A Sabbatical Of 10 Years: Lack Of Impactful Roles Kept Me Away

It was in 2013 when actor Mohit Arora received immense appreciation for his performance in the show Jhansi Ki Rani, but post that, he wasn't seen on any television show. Mohit, who was missing from TV screens for almost 10 years, has made a comeback with the TV show 'Milke Bhi Hum Na Mile', in which is seen playing the role of Deepak.

When asked about the reason what took him so long to make a comeback to TV, Mohit says,"To be honest, I have always loved to 'act' and bring life to meaningful characters, but lack of impactful roles kept me away from the small screen for so long. Being an actor, I can't box myself in a particular medium because my motive is to showcase my acting prowess and experiment with content. I wanted to return to television with a role that stands out and that's what took so many years."

Talking about his return to TV screens after so long, the actor says, "When I heard about the concept of the show and my character, I was like 'This is it'. I have always wanted myself to take up different characters, which leaves an indelible mark on the audience's mind. I am truly thrilled to make a comeback to the screen with this show and the character, which will surely give me a chance to explore the actor in me. It's a new beginning for me and I wish to entertain the audience with my acting abilities and impress the audience."
