Rupali Ganguly aka our favourite Anupamaa trended online after she responded to a troll, who accused her of 'paying to downgrade' her co-star Gaurav Khanna and his wife Akanksha Chamola. It all happened when a media outlet carried an article mentioning that Akanksha has been trolled for 'dropping her kitten' in a video.
The Instagram reel went viral on the internet as the users expressed their displeasure over Chamola's actions. While she was trying to be goofy, the netizens didn't like it.
A Gaurav Khanna fan slammed Rupali Ganguly, calling her names as she accused the actress of trying to defame her co-star and his wife. The troll claimed that she paid to target Gaurav Khanna and his wife."Please make it clear that how much you have been paid by @TheRupali PR team to downgrade #Gauravkhanna and his wife. You are the most cruel and disgusting for insulting #AkankshaChamola who has nothing to do with crap #Anupamaa show (sic)," the tweet read.
Rupali expressed her displeasure over the attack and tweeted, "Why don't you come and meet me and then you can happily ask me this. Jai Mata Di (sic)."
Her tweet went viral on the internet, garnering a reaction from different corners.

Ex Bigg Boss contestant Kavita Kaushik came out in Gaurav Khanna's wife's defence and said that the worst people can do is call a 'kind person unkind'. She support Akaksha, stating that she lives in the same building and helps needy animals.
"Well, she made a silly video, yes , But she is an animal lover, we stay in the same building, she helps needy animals, has adopted strays and helps new furry parents, gets injured many times trying to help! The worst we can do is to call a kind person unkind (sic)," the FIR star wrote on the micro-blogging site.
